Biography
Charles Falkenberg is a trial attorney who has been part of the law firm Karlin, Fleisher & Falkenberg, LLC since 1987.
and it’s predecessor since 1987. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for representing seriously injured clients in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases. His commitment to justice and advocacy has made a significant impact in the legal field.
Following his graduation from the University of Notre Dame in 1983, he enrolled in law school in Chicago at Loyola University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in 1986. After passing the bar exam, he was admitted to practice law in Illinois and became licensed to practice in both State and Federal courts.
His practice areas cover a wide range of legal issues, including:

Mr. Falkenberg has tried numerous cases to verdict in Chicago and surrounding counties, in both State and Federal Courts. He has represented many clients in arbitrations and mediations and is always willing to resolve cases through these means when the case warrants it, and the client seeks such an outcome. He has also worked many times as an Arbitrator chosen by fellow attorneys to help determine the outcome of their personal injury cases.
The firm accepts referrals from other attorneys in the personal injury field. Mr. Falkenberg has often taken on cases that were initially turned down by other personal injury attorneys and has negotiated substantial settlements and obtained verdicts in many of those instances.
